Chanel N°5 L'eau Review

Bliss of Endearment

I believe most of you have heard of the legendary Chanel N°5 that everyone's so obsessed about.

(By "everyone" here I mean mostly the adult women. You know, those who are in their 40s and 50s. Even though there are also adolescences who love it too.)

BUT, if you're just like me, and you dislike it's cloying scent, then you MUST TRY the N°5 L'eau.

I promise you, this perfume will change your life! (besides Coco Mademoiselle of course!! duhhh)

Chanel released this perfume for the last Fall's Collections (2016 Fall Collections).

And just as the label says, this Chanel N°5 L'eau is the new interpretation of the classic legendary N°5 which has the aldehydic rose (the floral notes in the perfume) that plays an important role in the fragrance as well as the powdery opulence of vanilla and sandalwood in the base notes.

Well then, what makes the L'eau differ from the classic?

Basically, N°5 L'eau has a "lighter and fresher" take on the classic N°5 which obviously makes it more suitable for young people.

As from the brand itself that has Lily-Rose Depp and Vanessa Paradis' wide-eyed, pouty-lipped kid, fronts the brand, you can clearly tell that they're aiming for a young market.

A lil' bit of background of this product :

This Chanel N°5 L'eau was developed by Olivier Polge, who is apparently the son of Jacques Polge, the man behind N°5 Eau de Parfum and Eau Premiere, as well as Coco Mademoiselle, Chance, and Allure.

Olivier Polge also created the all time best-sellers Viktor & Rolf's Flowerbomb and Balenciaga's Florabotanica.

Now if you haven't try this N°5 L'eau, I strongly suggest you to go to the nearest Chanel Fragrance & Beauty Boutique and grab a bottle of the perfume! You'll love it💕
(If you're currently residents in Jakarta, just go to Plaza Indonesia and it's located at the 1st floor.)

That's it for now. See you in my next upcoming blog!
Hope you're having a great day ❤︎
